NDIS Provider Setup · Documents, systems and Commission application ready in 2 weeks. Registration decision typically 3–6 months.
NDIS Provider Setup · Premium

Your own NDIS provider business — documents, systems and application ready in 2 weeks.

Everything a registered NDIS provider needs, built in your name: entity and registrations, the full Practice Standards policy suite, audit evidence folder, brand and website, client management and NDIA invoicing, and a launch plan. The Commission’s registration decision typically takes 3–6 months after lodgement — we support you through the audit. No franchise. No royalties. You own 100%.

$5,999 inc. GST · fixed

Three milestone payments: $2,399 to start · $2,399 at the middle milestone · $1,199 at handover. You never pay for a stage that isn’t done.
How to read the timeline: two weeks is our build — documents, systems, website and a lodged application. The regulator’s registration decision, including your audit or assessment, typically takes 3–6 months. We stay with you through it, and we never promise the outcome.
Who this is for

Which one are you?

Support workers going out on their own, allied health professionals, and buyers who want a compliant provider without a franchise.

You already do the work. Time to own it.

Every shift, session or visit, the business you work for keeps $25–50 an hour, and the relationships you built sit on their books. You’ve thought about going out on your own and stalled at registration, policies and systems.

Two weeks from now: Registered or trading under your own name, the clients who said they’d follow you signed, invoices going out at the full rate, and room to bring others on under your brand.

Keep the job. Build the asset.

Most side-business ideas leave you with a to-do list. What you want is the finished thing: a site that looks credible, enrolments or bookings that run without you, and paperwork that makes clients say yes.

Two weeks from now: You finish work at five, open the laptop at seven, and see bookings made, invoices paid and one enquiry to reply to. The systems did the admin.

Clean, compliant, no goodwill premium.

Existing businesses come with inflated goodwill, messy books and a seller who is the business. Franchises come with royalties for life.

Two weeks from now: You own a registered, compliant business with clean books from day one, no seller to manage out, and a launch plan already running. Honest note: a setup comes with everything except the customers — if you need revenue in week one, an acquisition may suit you better, and we’ll say so.

No background needed. The build carries you.

What stops most people switching industries isn’t ability — it’s not knowing what they don’t know: which registrations, which policies, what an auditor or a parent checks.

Two weeks from now: Trading, with documents in your name, recruitment materials already attracting applicants, and a training recording you can rewatch.

A new revenue line, bolted on, in weeks.

You can see the adjacent revenue — the clients who ask, the referrals you send elsewhere. Setting it up properly is the project that never gets done.

Two weeks from now: The new line is live under your brand, the first clients came from your existing customer list, and the systems talk to the ones you already use.

Module by module

What's in each pack

Counts are for the current Nemco pack (v2026.2). Ultimate includes every module; Verification and Certification include the Core or Verification pack and you can add modules later as a scope extension.
Application & audit support

From scope to certificate, we're in the room

Scope assessment

We map every support you want to deliver to its registration group and module before anything is written — so you register for exactly what you'll deliver, and nothing you won't.

Done-for-you application

PRODA and Commission portal application prepared with you on a screen-share, self-assessment answers pre-written per module, and lodged in week two.

Auditor quotes

We brief three approved quality auditors on your scope and bring back like-for-like quotes. You choose; you pay them directly.

Pre-audit review

A written findings report against every indicator, evidence folder pre-built by Standard, mock interview questions for you and your workers.

Audit-day support

We're on the call or on site for Stage 1 and Stage 2. Anything the auditor raises in our documents is rewritten within 48 hours at no charge.

After the decision

Certificate of registration, Commission portal set-up, first-participant onboarding and your 12-month Owner Hub updates as the Standards change.

Not included, and paid by you directly: the auditor’s fee (typically $2,500–$6,000 for verification, more for certification and each module), Commission fees where applicable, NDIS Worker Screening and WWCC checks, and your insurance premiums. We tell you the numbers before you commit.
Guarantees

Four things you're protected by

24-hour document delivery

Your branded pack is released within 24 business hours of your onboarding questionnaire. Miss it and you get three extra months of Owner Hub free.

48-hour non-conformity fix

If an auditor or the Commission raises a non-conformity in any document or system we built, we rewrite it within 48 hours at no charge — for as long as you're on the Owner Hub.

Documentation money-back

If the Commission refuses your registration for a reason that sits inside our scope — the documents, the self-assessment or the application — we refund the documentation stage in full. Third-party fees, screening and operational findings are excluded, and registration itself remains the Commission's decision.

12 months of updates

Practice Standards, pricing arrangements and worker-screening rules change. Every update lands in your Owner Hub with the changed document and a one-paragraph note on what to do.

Nobody honest can guarantee the Commission’s decision, and we don’t. What we guarantee is the work: delivered on time, built to the current Standards, fixed fast if an auditor disagrees, and refunded if the documents are why you’re refused.

What you're protected by

Compliance guarantee

Everything we write is mapped to the current standards for your industry. If a regulator, auditor, school or insurer raises a non-conformity in our work, we fix it at no charge. Registration itself is the regulator's decision — nobody honest can promise it.

Milestone payments

40% to start, 40% at the middle milestone, 20% at handover. You only ever pay for a stage that's done. Stop at any point and keep everything built so far.

Fixed scope, fixed price

The inclusions list on the page is the contract. No hourly rates, no surprise invoices, no upsell in week three.

Investment

FAQ

The things you're wondering

No one honest can — it’s the Commission’s decision. We guarantee the pack is built to the current Practice Standards and fix any non-conformity in our work at no charge.
Two weeks is the build: documents, systems, website and a lodged application. The registration decision, including your audit, typically takes 3–6 months — we stay with you through it.
Commission application fees, the auditor’s fee, insurance premiums and your own hours. All listed on the timeline.
Unregistered providers can serve self- and plan-managed participants only. If you want agency-managed clients or higher-risk supports, registration is required — see the Support-Worker Starter for the lighter path.
Rules are tighter than in 2021, which favours providers built to current standards over those set up cheaply back then.
Verification is a desktop review for lower-risk registration groups — documents, screening and qualifications. Certification is a two-stage audit (desktop, then on-site or remote interviews with you, your workers and participants) required for higher-risk core supports and every supplementary module. Which one you need is set by the supports you register for, not by preference.
Yes. A scope extension is a variation to your registration with a focused audit on the new module. Ultimate is priced for providers who know they’ll deliver two or more specialised supports from day one; if that’s you, it’s cheaper than adding modules one at a time.
Your branded pack is released within 24 business hours of your onboarding questionnaire (about 60 minutes of your time). The rest of the two-week build is systems, website, self-assessment and lodgement.
They’re a maintained suite written against the current Practice Standards and Quality Indicators, then branded, tailored to your registration groups and your state, and mapped to the evidence an auditor asks for. You own the editable files outright.
If it’s in our documents or systems we rewrite it within 48 hours, free. If it’s operational — a worker without screening, a missing insurance — we tell you exactly what to fix and help you evidence it before the auditor’s follow-up.
No. It means if the Commission refuses you for a reason inside our scope — the documents, self-assessment or application — you get the documentation stage refunded in full. Refusals for operational, screening or suitability reasons are outside what we control and are excluded. Full wording is on the Guarantees page.
You stop at the last completed stage and keep everything built to that point. Milestone payments mean this is never a sunk cost.
Watch the walkthrough, open the demo, and note that you pay in stages — we only get paid when each stage is done. Nemco has built businesses for clients since 2013.

Setup Finder quiz

Not sure this is the right setup? Two minutes will tell you.

Six questions on experience, interest, knowledge, time, budget and goals. Rules-based, honest, and it will say “not yet” if that’s the answer.

Two minutes. Six questions. An honest steer.

Experience, interest, knowledge, time, budget and what you're after — we score all six setups and tell you the best fit, the runner-up, or "not yet". It's a guide; the 20-minute call confirms it.

Which is closest to your experience?

What kind of work do you actually want to own?

How much do you know about the rules — registration, standards, audits — in that industry?

How much time can you give it in the first three months?

What can you invest in the setup itself (not counting working capital)?

What matters most to you?

Where should we send your result?

We'll email a one-page summary of your fit and what it replaces for you. No spam, no auto-dialler.

Ready to find out if this fits?

Twenty minutes, no pitch. We’ll tell you honestly whether this setup, the starter, or nothing at all is right for where you’re coming from.
P.S. The $5,999 is a one-off. Whatever it replaces for you — the margin your employer keeps, the royalties, the goodwill, the months of evenings — is not.
Deposit secures your start date and covers Stage 1; refundable in full if Stage 1 hasn’t started. Milestone payments due on completion of each stage. Services agreement follows payment. Regulator, audit and insurance fees are paid by you directly. Registration is the regulator’s decision and is not guaranteed. Nemco Group · ABN 95 164 685 849.
