Nemco (ABN 95 164 685 849) (“Nemco”, “we”) respects your privacy and complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we protect it and your rights.

1. What we collect

  • Contact and identity – name, email, phone, business name, ABN, address, role.
  • Enquiry and quiz information – your answers to the setup finder, booking flow and forms (experience, industry, hours, budget, goals) so we can recommend a setup and prepare for a call.
  • Engagement information – the information needed to build your business: director and key-personnel details, identity documents for registrations, screening and check outcomes, insurance, banking details for accounts we set up on your behalf, and content for your website.
  • Payment information – processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Technical information – IP address, device, browser, pages visited and referring site, collected by cookies and analytics (see our Cookie Policy).
  • Communications – emails, WhatsApp messages, call notes and recordings of the monthly Q&A (recorded with notice).

2. Sensitive information

Some registrations require sensitive information – for example criminal history for NDIS Worker Screening or key-personnel suitability, or health information in a participant’s plan. We collect it only with your consent, only where a regulator requires it, use it solely for that purpose, and delete it when the engagement ends unless the law requires us to keep it.

3. Why we collect it

  • To respond to enquiries, run the quiz and booking flow, and prepare for your call.
  • To deliver Setups, Advisory and Owner Hub, including lodging registrations and applications on your behalf and setting up accounts and software in your name.
  • To meet our legal, regulatory and accounting obligations.
  • To send service updates, regulatory alerts and – if you opt in – the fortnightly newsletter and marketing. Every marketing message has an unsubscribe link.
  • To improve the Site and our services using aggregated, de-identified analytics.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only as needed to deliver services: regulators and government portals (NDIS Commission, Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, ASIC, ATO, state screening units) when lodging on your behalf; our payment processor, email, hosting, CRM, scheduling and accounting providers; approved quality auditors and insurers you engage; professional advisers where you ask for a referral; and law enforcement or regulators where required by law. We do not sell personal information. Some providers store data outside Australia (for example the United States or the European Union); we take reasonable steps to ensure they handle it consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

5. Demo websites and forms

Forms on the twelve demo websites are simulated and are not sent to any business. Where a demo form does record a submission for demonstration purposes, it is stored briefly and deleted automatically. Do not enter real client, participant or student information on a demo.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies for the Site to work, analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) to understand how the Site is used, and advertising pixels (Meta) to show relevant ads to people who have visited. You can decline non-essential cookies in the banner or your browser. See our Cookie Policy for details.

7. Security and retention

Information is stored in access-controlled cloud systems with multi-factor authentication, encrypted in transit and at rest where the provider supports it, and accessed only by people who need it for your engagement. We keep engagement records for seven years to meet tax and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them. Identity documents supplied for registrations are deleted once the registration is lodged unless you ask us to keep them for a later application.

8. Access, correction and complaints

You may ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent to marketing at any time by emailing hello@nemco.com.au. We respond within 30 days. If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, contact us first and we will investigate and respond in writing; if you are not satisfied you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

9. Notifiable data breaches

If a data breach is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the OAIC as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version. Material changes are notified to Owner Hub members by email.
