Compliance & regulators

No – it’s the regulator’s decision. We guarantee the build meets current standards and fix non-conformities in our work free.
Two weeks is our build and a lodged application; the Commission’s decision typically takes 3–6 months. Both are stated on the page.

Setups yes; advisory from-prices ex-GST unless stated.
40 / 40 / 20 milestones; you never pay for a stage that isn’t done.
Deposit refundable until Stage 1 starts; after that you keep what’s built and owe nothing further.
