Nemco builds businesses and provides advisory services. We do not – anywhere on this Site, in our demos, quizzes, calculators, articles, calls, proposals or documents – make any implied or express projection, promise, representation, warranty or guarantee about the income, revenue, profit, client numbers, referrals, registration outcome or business success you will achieve by purchasing a setup, an advisory service or Owner Hub membership.
Where our materials show numbers – the cost-of-waiting calculator, pricing examples, demo-website statistics, article figures, “typical” timeframes, or examples of what a business in your industry might charge – they are illustrations, estimates or third-party published figures used to explain a concept. They are not averages, not forecasts and not a representation of what you will earn. Demo businesses are fictional; their reviews, revenues, bookings and client counts are invented.
We do not know your background, skills, work ethic, capital, location, network, market conditions or the decisions you will make after handover, and we cannot control the regulators, funding bodies, platforms, suppliers or competitors that affect a service business. Two owners with identical setups routinely achieve different results. There is no assurance that you will earn anything at all, and you may lose money – including the price of the setup, government and regulator fees, insurance, software, advertising, wages and your own time.
NDIS registration, aged care registration, audit and assessment outcomes, school and platform approvals and insurance are decided by third parties applying their own rules. We prepare you properly and our Guarantee covers deficiencies in our own work, but we do not and cannot guarantee approval, the time it takes, or that rules will not change.
Our materials sometimes use words such as “expect”, “typically”, “usually”, “could”, “plan”, “projected” or “potential”. These express opinion or general experience, not a prediction about your business. No guarantee is made that you will achieve results comparable to any example, article, demo or testimonial.
Starting a business involves risk and is not suitable for everyone. Before purchasing, obtain independent advice from an accountant, lawyer or licensed financial adviser about your circumstances, and read the relevant regulator’s current requirements yourself. We publish our prices, inclusions, exclusions and guarantees in full so that you can make that decision with complete information; the decision is yours, and by purchasing you accept full responsibility for it.
Our prices are fixed for the scope described on each setup page and in your written quote. They reflect the work involved, not any estimate of what the business may earn. Government, regulator, auditor, insurer and platform fees are separate, set by those bodies, and payable by you.
To the extent permitted by law, Nemco is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information in our materials or from business decisions you make. Nothing in this disclaimer limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
