What you're protected by

Three commitments, in writing, in every services agreement — and two things we deliberately don’t promise.
Guarantees

What you're protected by

Compliance guarantee

Everything we write is mapped to the current standards for your industry. If a regulator, auditor, school or insurer raises a non-conformity in our work, we fix it at no charge. Registration itself is the regulator's decision — nobody honest can promise it.

Milestone payments

40% to start, 40% at the middle milestone, 20% at handover. You only ever pay for a stage that's done. Stop at any point and keep everything built so far.

Fixed scope, fixed price

The inclusions list on the page is the contract. No hourly rates, no surprise invoices, no upsell in week three.

What we don't promise

Because nobody honest can

Regulatory approval

NDIS Commission and Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission decisions are theirs. We build to the standard that passes and support you through the process.

Income or clients

A setup includes everything that gets you in front of clients and a plan to follow. The following is yours. Any provider guaranteeing revenue is one to walk away from.

FAQ

The things you're wondering

You stop at the last completed stage, keep everything built, and owe nothing further.
If an auditor, assessor, school or insurer finds that a policy, procedure or record we wrote doesn’t meet the standard, we rewrite it free. It doesn’t cover records you keep after handover — that’s what the Owner Hub and internal audit are for.
In full until Stage 1 starts.
