Your deposit is refundable in full if you cancel before Stage 1 begins. Once Stage 1 has begun, the deposit is not refundable; if you stop later, you keep every deliverable from completed stages and owe nothing for stages not started.
Fixed-price projects follow the milestone terms in the quote. Retainers may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice after the three-month minimum.
Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. No partial-month refunds.
Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including for services not delivered with due care and skill.
