Nemco provides fixed-scope business setup services as described on each setup page, consulting services as quoted in writing, and Owner Hub membership. The inclusions list on the relevant page and the written quote form part of these terms.
Setups: 40% deposit to secure a start date and commence Stage 1; 40% on completion of the middle milestone; 20% on handover. Consulting projects over $2,000 are paid in milestones as quoted; retainers monthly in advance. Owner Hub is billed monthly after any included period.
Deposits are refundable in full until Stage 1 begins. After that, you keep all deliverables from completed stages and no further payment is due for stages not started. See the Refund Policy.
Non-conformities identified by a regulator, auditor, assessor, school or insurer in work produced by Nemco are remedied at no charge. Nemco does not guarantee regulatory registration, approval, revenue, clients or any business outcome.
Government, regulator, auditor and assessor fees; insurance premiums; stock, equipment and ad spend; platform subscriptions; the client’s own time.
On final payment, all deliverables are owned by the client. Nemco retains no licence, royalty or interest. Nemco may describe the engagement generically in marketing without identifying the client unless agreed.
Provide accurate information, complete personal screening and licensing, respond to sign-offs within five business days, and operate the business lawfully after handover.
